I must first say I apologize to all my Canadian friends. I’m sure there are many that do not do what I’m about to rant about, so here goes…..
What exactly is the freaking speed limit in Quebec??
I mean, seriously, does everyone there drive 25 mph because they sure do when they get to Florida. I know it isn’t really just people from Quebec, its just that this time of year so many people visit Florida and especially the beaches. Which is great for tourism, but for us locals….well, at times it’s just frustrating.

So, you’ve heard my story about my kitty being sick and I hope y’all said awwww, but here’s a little story to make ya laugh AND shake your head.
As I said, my kid works at a vet’s office which has its perks. One of them, is not having to take Baby back for his follow-up. All I had to do? Well, it sounded pretty simple.

To make a long story short, oh yeah too late for that now, huh? We found out he had a urinary tract infection and possibly a blockage. Basically they sent him home after giving him an injection and told us that in all likelihood we would be taking him to the emergency vets office sometime during the night! Ack!!
Obviously, this was not what I wanted to hear. Needless to say, I might have gotten 2 – 3 hours sleep. Here’s the really scary part, if he got the full blown blockage they would do
surgery. The surgery consisted (this is the not for the faint of heart) removing the end of his penis!! Double Ack!
I did get him neutered so basically I removed his nuts but his penis?!?! I really didn’t wanna do that. Luckily he made it through the night, did NOT get his penis removed and is back to jumping on my head at random times in the middle of the night.
