Watch Tower
So let me set the scene for you … there aren’t cars on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize – they use golf carts as cars. The roads are HORRIBLE because they don’t have a DOT like we do in the states. But you can also pretty much go anywhere on the island you like – there are no fences (for the most part!) and you know me, I love to explore!
Grab the keys to the golf cart and let’s just go! While driving down the road (I’ll use that term loosely here) in the middle of nowhere is a watch tower! WTF? What the hell would you be watching out there?
I climbed up the tower and you could see nothing but marsh land for miles! There was ONE house (I’m using that term loosely too) way out in the distance but that was it!
This set of photos didn’t really start out for here – I just wanted a pic of the watch tower so I remember it and laugh for years! But as you already know, when a camera comes out I can’t help myself and before you know it I’m naked on the stairs!
Funniest part about this whole story – someone actually drove up on us while I was completely naked! OOPS! Who would have ever guessed?
